Thanks to funding from the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) denominational headquarters, all PC(USA) congregations pay a reduced fee for most services.
- PC(USA) congregations pay a flat fee of $250 for USCVS surveys plus a $25 for shipping and handling fee.
- Existing supplemental surveys are available at $1 x the number of surveys ordered.
- We can also custom design a supplemental survey for your congregation for $250 per page, then $1 x the number of surveys ordered.
- Phone or video consultations to interpret results are $250.
NON-PC(USA)
The cost of the USCVS is based on your typical weekly worship attendance:
1-49 worshipers: $275
50-199 worshipers: $375
200-499 worshipers: $475
500-749 worshipers: $600
750-$999 worshipers: $725
1,000+ worshipers: $975
There is also a flat $25 shipping and handling fee.
Supplemental surveys are $1 x the number of surveys you order. We can also design a supplemental survey for your congregation for $450 per page, then $1 x the number of surveys ordered.
We are also available to present and interpret your results! The fee for a phone or video consultation is $450.
